Oh that is so pretty! Love the soft colors and your lines are lovely. Is that illustration board? Or a watercolor block that is super thin? I always have to stretch my paper and your materials seem like a nicer way to go :)

Thanks guys!

Aisleen: It's on a watercolour block down to the last few layers of paper... It became detached from the backing so it's a little difficult to work with...but still, it's nicer than stretching paper! :)

These in progress bits are amazing Clio! The finished piece is just jaw-droppingly beautiful.

Watercolour skill envyyyyyyy....

Is this for the Pres celebration thing? I wish I could think of something to do for it but all the Disney movies that 'inspire me' are ... less than well-favoured by the establishment.

Yes for the Pres & Dan thing... Haha, which ones?

I've used watercolor a lot in the past. You can buy watercolor board, which is just like illustration board but with a really nice, smooth watercolor surface. I love the stuff, but it's getting harder to find it. Most likely you'd have to order it online. (Dick Blick usually has it)

This piece is SO nice!!!
